Where We Deliver

To ensure you receive your order we recommend providing a delivery address where you are present during regular business hours, such as an office address.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal courier or postal service for delivery.

Delivery Schedule

Please note, at this time we only delivery to Australian and New Zealand addresses. We are looking to offer shipping outside of these countries in the near future. We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Note: During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Items delivered while you are out

  • Our courier checks if your item will fit in your mailbox. If it does, they will complete the delivery.
  • If not, they will look for a secure location to leave your item.
  • If no secure location is available, or access is blocked (e.g. security gates preventing entry), the courier will leave a card requesting that you contact the courier company to reschedule delivery.
  • If it is raining, or inclement weather, your item will not be left outside. A card will be left as described above.
  • AU Delivery – please note that DHL have authority to leave without a signature, if you are not at home at the time of your delivery.
  • NZ Delivery – please note that Courier Post require a signature on delivery. Courier Post will leave a card if no one is able to sign for the parcel.
  • Pleasure State does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered.

Track My Order

Every order dispatched will have a unique tracking number to allow you to follow your delivery from our warehouse to your door!

  • You will receive an e-mail from us when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • This e-mail will include a tracking number, but more importantly a link to follow to track your order.
  • If you don't receive this e-mail or can't locate it just contact Customer Service during Australian business hours or send us an e-mail and we can track it for you.
