Ordering

You’ve found an exquisite product, and it’s love at first sight? Make it yours! Here's how:

Add products to your Shopping Bag

  • Select your desired colour, size and quantity;
  • Add to Shopping Bag;
  • To view your Shopping Bag use the link in the top right corner of your screen.

Complete your purchase

  • Select Checkout on the drop down shopping bag, or Shopping Bag and then Checkout;
  • Fill in your delivery and payment details;
  • Place Order to complete your purchase

Getting your product(s)

  • After you have Placed your Order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
  • We will then proceed to pack and organise delivery for your products(s) from our delivery centre in New Zealand.
  • Once your product is on its way to you, you'll then receive a second e-mail confirming your parcel has been dispatched and containing a tracking code.
  • To get an idea of when your item should arrive check where we deliver.

Track My Order

Every order dispatched will have a unique tracking number to allow you to follow your delivery from our warehouse to your door!

  • You will receive an e-mail from us when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • This e-mail will include a tracking number, but more importantly a link to follow to track your order.
  • If you don't receive this e-mail or can't locate it just contact Customer Service during business hours or send us an e-mail and we can track it for you.
  • Alternatively, if you have an online account, you can obtain the tracking details via My Account

Cancel My Order

Unfortunately we are not able to modify orders, however we may be able to cancel your order if it's within our dispatch timeframes. Please contact us as soon as you can.

Your orders are dispatched ASAP so we can't always guarantee your order can be cancelled by customer service, but we have a generous returns policy in place.

e-Gift Cards

Indulge someone special with their choice of beautiful designer lingerie with an e-Gift Card.

  • Your recipient will receive their e-Gift Card via e-mail
  • Choose an amount from $5 up to $1,000
  • Will be e-mailed immediately
  • e-Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed online only
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Can only be used within your country of purchase

Check your e-Gift Card Balance

  • Visit the Help section;
  • Select Gift Card Balance;
  • Enter your e-Gift Card number;
  • Complete the security test shown on your screen;
  • Select Check Gift Card Balance.

Customer Service can assist you with a balance enquiry for an e-Gift Card.

Product Availability

We always try to make sure our products are in stock and ready to deliver to you. However, some styles and sizes tend to sell faster than others so we have includes a notification next to these sizes:

  • Low Stock – We’re nearly out of your size - place your order quickly!
  • Out of Stock – Unfortunately we have sold out of your size at this time and are not expecting and further stock to arrive in the near future.
